Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nummy iPhone app ("Nummy", the "app"). By downloading or using Nummy, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Nummy does

Nummy helps you turn recipe videos from third-party platforms into structured recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists. It's a personal cooking tool for your own use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Nummy. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may use Nummy only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Nummy offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock recipe importing and premium features. Current plans may include a Weekly plan (which may include a free trial) and an Annual plan. Exact prices and trial terms are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered and you subscribe, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase.
• You can restore a previous purchase from the paywall.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

4. Acceptable use

Nummy is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Access the import service through automated, bulk, or scripted means, or attempt to bypass usage limits;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its parsing service;
• Use Nummy to infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

5. Third-party content and recipe accuracy

Recipes in Nummy are generated by automatically processing videos and text created by third parties. Nummy is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any creator, and we don't own the underlying content.

6. Intellectual property

The Nummy app, its name, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Provided "as is"

Nummy is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that the app or the import service will always be accurate, available, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nummy and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using Nummy at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or limit access to the import service if you misuse it or breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
